Johann Schanz was one of the 4 most famous piano makers of those days (Walter, Schanz, Streicher and Graf). You can find a magnificant ca.1822 grand fortepiano by Schanz in the collection. (also from Walter)
Joseph Angst 1786 - †1842 was pupil and successor of Johann Schanz.
There are 3 grand fortepianos known from him till now. The famouse one is in Brussels museum of original instruments.
This is the only square piano so far.
